-Wild Garlic potage, tortelloni.
-Rare breed pork & prune terrine, beet and radish pickles.
-Crab butter baked hake, curried cauliflower, cider soaked raisins. 
-Lemon polenta cake, sweet cicely, 
whipped yoghurt.
