The Gannet opened in Glasgow's
neighbourhood September 2013 by three friends Ivan Stein, Peter Read and Peter McKenna, Kevin Dow joined them in 2014.
The restaurant was named during a research trip to the Outer Hebrides where the iconic seafaring bird holds a special place in local tradition.
We were taken by its unique look, ability to hunt and being a reference to those of us with robust appetites.
At The Gannet we serve a seasonally changing
multi-course menu inspired by our network of small artisan producers, foragers and farmers.
